The courses teach basic and advanced concepts of financial planning as well as methods for personal development for retirement. No specific investment recommendations are given.
As a user, you undertake to use the course content exclusively for your personal further education. Commercial reuse, reproduction, or distribution of the materials is prohibited without express written consent.
You are responsible for keeping your access data confidential and informing us about unauthorized use. The courses are designed for personal development and strategic planning.
The content of the courses serves exclusively for general information and further education. It does not constitute individual financial or legal advice. We assume no liability for decisions made based on the course content.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, in particular lost profits. Use of the courses is at your own risk.
The course fees are to be paid before the course begins. The prices indicated at the time of booking apply. In the event of payment default, we reserve the right to block access.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins after the contract is concluded. If services have already been provided, a proportionate fee may be charged.
In the event of a timely withdrawal, we will refund the fees paid within 14 days. If more than 50% of the course has been attended, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time with effect for the future. You will be informed of material changes by email. Continued use after a change is deemed to constitute acceptance.
If you do not agree, you may terminate the contract within four weeks of notification. The current terms are available on our website at any time.
